We offer a clear 7-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. Returns are accepted under two conditions: if you received the wrong product, or if the customer is not satisfied with the item.

How to file Return?

To start a return, you must email info.everestexports@gmail.com with your (order number, reason for the return, address for pickup the product and refund bank account details) within the 7-day window. Item must be unused and not damaged. A refund is processed only after we receive the returned product to confirm its condition. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with prepaid orders prioritized. We use a Standard Courier service for shipping all over India, ensuring secure packaging for your products. You can expect your delivery within 4-6 business days after the dispatch date.
